Yogacharya Nayeem Khan is an Indian yoga guru, and meditation expert from Jodhpur, India. He has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation in India and around the world for more than two decade.
He was recognized by the mehrangarh Musium trust in April 2013 for his contribution to Yoga. He has conducted multiple yoga workshops in Switzerland, Germany, France, Portugal, Singapore, Malaysia and other Arab countries.
He regularly practices yoga at Jaswant Thada at Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur, under the name of karma yog jivan trust . He is renowned as a Muslim Yoga guru.
Early Life
Yogacharya Nayeem has learnt yoga under the Indian gurukul parampara, despite being a Muslim. He had a spiritual inclination since his childhood and turned to yoga in search of peace and spirituality and learnt the subtleties of yoga from Karunakar ji a disciple of renowned Yogacharya B K S Iyengar in Mangalore.
Career
Yogacharya Nayeem started his yoga journey in 2007, conducting Yoga and meditation workshops at Jaswant Thada in Mehrangarh Fort in Rajasthan.

He has conducted yoga sessions and workshops with members of the Royal family of Jodhpur and many Bollywood celebrities. He has also conducted yoga workshops for members of the royal family of Jodhpur, Kangra (Himachal Pradesh) and Saudi Arabia.
Over the past decade, Yogacharya Nayeem also conducted yoga lessons in the jails of Rajasthan, aimed at the physical and psychological well-being of prisoners. He conducted sessions in four central jails of the state apart from other prisons.
He celebrated the first ever International Day of Yoga on 21st June, 2015 at the historic Jaswant Thada in Jodhpur in association with his Ninad Sansthan and the Mehrangarh Museum Trust. The all-day event focused at relieving participant health problems through yoga postures and techniques.
The session was made more distinct and interesting by blending yoga with the Indian instrumental music with a view to absorb the participants in the activity.
In 2017, Germany based Academy of Culture NWR invited Yogacharya Nayeem to deliver lectures and hold workshops on Indian Yoga and Spirituality under an International Cultural Exchange Program.
He was invited to hold workshops on Indian Yog practices, specially the therapeutic, its principles, meditation and Chakra healing with a focus on healthy living.
These workshops and lectures were held at different locations in Germany, France and Italy and interdisciplinary procedures were developed for healing of the body and mind combining yoga, music, mantras and healing sounds. Yogacharya Nayeem also participated in a grand International Yog Festival “Festa Core” in Italy as the chief guest. Over 4500 yoga enthusiasts registered for this festival from all over Europe and other countries. He was the only healing expert from India among of the 7 invited from all across the globe.
During the same period in 2017, Yogacharya Nayeem offered his services for a brief period at various Yoga Centers of Europe and held workshops on Ayurveda at Bordeaux in France. He also taught the practices of yoga and spirituality to school children for improving their health, learning abilities and healthy eating habits.
In 2018, Yogacharya Nayeem conducted yoga, spiritual and motivational workshops in 26 cities of seven countries in two months. He embarked on this two month journey with his son, Naud Khan, from Germany's city Düsseldorf. He continued to cover 4 cities in Germany, 12 in Italy, 2 in Switzerland, 3 cities in France, many workplaces in Spain, Austria. During these trips, people in the city were made aware about spirituality through yoga.
During the visit in June 2018, the Mayor of Caserta city of Italy and Malaga town of Spain also honored Yogacharya Nayeem. During this time, Nayeem Yoga established a tie-up with the Spanish Association of Alego.
From that time to till today Nayeem spend summer time in Europe and USA and Canada for retreat workshop seminars and winter time gives wellness meditation herbal center in jaswant Thada mehrangarh fort jodhpur india .
Family
Yogacharya Nayeem belongs to a family of world class musicians. His grandfather Umarddin Khan was fondly known as 'Rappat Ustad'. He is also the nephew of Indian sarangi maestro and vocalist Padmabhushan recipient Ustad Sultan Khan. Belonging to such a family of musicians, he has always been close to spirituality, art and culture.[3] He resides in Jodhpur, India with his wife Shamim Khan, two sons - Naud Khan and Nizaar Khan (Classical Sarod Artist )and his daughter Shafa Khan
